Experience

Conveyor Consulting and Rubber Corporation (CCR) has extensive international experience in sales, splicing, supervision, and consulting for both small- and large-scale belting projects. Our employees have been responsible for belts ranging from 12 inches to 4-meter-wide belts, from one-ply fabric belts to ST7800 steel cord belts. From short feeder belts to 40-kilometer overland systems.

UNITED STATES PROJECTS

  • Installation of 40.6 kms of 36″ wide ST950 ContiTech steel cord conveyor belting. This installation was the LONGEST SINGLE FLIGHT CONVEYOR IN THE WORLD (at that time).

[We have since replaced the entire system with ST1200 belting.]

  • Installation and Splicing of a 3-meter-wide by 70 mm-thick gravity filter belt.
  • Installation and Splicing of a 60″ wide Flexowell XST5400 high-angle steel cord belt.
  • Installation and Splicing of 1,800′ x 84″ Semperit ST2000 conveyor belt on a bucket wheel excavator.
  • Installation and Splicing of 120″ & 96″ wide “sandwich style” Goodyear belt on 1,000′ self-unloader ship.
  • Installation and Splicing of a 96″ wide ContiTech 5 ply conveyor belt on a ship loader/unloader.
  • Installation and Splicing of conveyor belting for a new copper mine.
  • 700’ long conveyor system relocation project.
  • Installation and splicing of 5,000’ of 48” 3ply 600 for a new limestone mine in Florida.
