Description

Flexco® Bolt Solid Plate Fasteners can also be used for rip repair. For jagged, lengthwise conveyor belt tears, standard Bolt Solid Plate Fasteners can be combined with three-bolt Rip Repair Fasteners. Rip Repair Fasteners can also be used to bridge “soft” spots in the belt before they become rips.  Design: Solid plate; piloted bolts with tapered tips, 2 or 3 bolt design
Belt Thickness: 1/4” to 1/2” (6 mm-13 mm)
Belt Widths: 12”, 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 54”, 60”, 72” (300 mm, 450 mm, 600 mm, 750 mm, 900 mm, 1050 mm, 1200 mm, 1350 mm, 1500 mm, 1800 mm)
